All Moduco products are made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus USPS shipping time. Actual delivery may vary depending on location.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to adjust your order, please contact us before it ships. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to product options.

No — all Moduco products come in the options listed on the product page. We do not offer custom dimensions or colors.

How do I care for my Moduco items?

• Products are made from PLA plastic, which is eco-friendly, lightweight, and durable.
• Not recommended for dishwasher use or outdoor exposure.
• Simply wipe clean with a soft cloth to maintain aesthetics.

Returns & Damaged Items

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item promptly.

Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days for items in unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
