Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How long will my order take to ship?
All Moduco products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS. Expedited USPS options are available at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Will I get tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

Can I return custom orders?
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival.
